Car insurance for teen drivers isn’t cheap. It could even cost double that your own premiums. This is all because a teenager is new on the road and doesn’t have much experience when it comes to driving unlike anybody older. Just give it a year or two. Once the insurance provider had proven that your teenager is a responsible and safe driver, his premium would go down naturally.
